Secondary Food is actual food you eat and to nourish your mind and body. Food is medicine that can power, sustain, and heal you.
Gut Health
Otherwise known as your “second brain”, your gut is responsible for digesting food, absorbing nutrients, strengthening your immune system, regulating mood, and influencing your energy levels. A gut that is out of balance can result in bloating, fatigue, skin issues, and even chronic disease.
Inflammation
Inflammation is your body’s natural defense against injury or inflection. But chronic inflammation, which is caused by chronic stress, poor sleep, lack of movement, and unhealthy food, can result in fatigue, brain fog, stiff joints, bloating, acne, what gain, anxiety, heart disease, autoimmune disorders, and even some cancers.
