Rooted in Balance Wellness is a health coaching practice with techniques are rooted in the concept of the mind-body balance. The mind and body work together to contribute to your overall health. Physical and mental ailments are a result of body that is out of balance. My mission is to work with you to return your body back balance and help you to become the best version of yourself.

As your Coach, I serve as your guide and accountability partner on your health and wellness journey. In addition to health counseling and personal training, I offer mobility training, food programs, group health counseling, and speaking engagement services.

Fitness is about engaging in physical activity that you actually enjoy. Its about fueling your mind and body with whole and healthy foods. Its about connecting with likeminded people who challenge you to be the best version of yourself. Fitness is about FEELING GOOD- in body, mind, and spirit.

As my health and wellness journey progressed, I gained an interest in nutrition. I became obsessed with different eating habits. Vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, paleo, keto, counting macros, dairy-free, gluten-free, etc. You name it, I’ve probably tried it. No single diet worked perfectly for me, but I gained an awareness of how certain foods affected my mind and body. With this knowledge and plenty of trial and error, I found a balance that works for me. I’m here to share that knowledge, and help you find a balance that works for yourself.

In 2017 I received my CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certification from which I learned proper nutrition, foundational functional fitness, body mechanics, and coaching strategies. In 2020 I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned over 100 dietary theories, the concept of bio-individuality, and various coaching methods and tools that take a holistic and pro-active approach to health and wellness.
