One-on-One Health Coaching

Online or in-person, these 60 minute sessions are designed to give you the space you need to get to the root cause of your health concerns. Many of our health issues manifest in the body as a result of stress and poor lifestyle habits. These sessions will help you gain self-awareness, explore your thoughts, and understand the reasoning behind your current habits so that you can achieve self actualization and make the necessary lifestyle changes to achieve a healthier mind and body.

Seminars & Speaking Engagements

Online or in person, I speak about topics such as stress management, inflammation, fatigue, gut health, and foods that power your mind and body. Seminars and speaking engagements serve as an opportunity to learn about holistic approaches to health and create conversations about how we can achieve a better quality of life.

Group Health Coaching

Online or in-person, these sessions will give you the opportunity to connect with people who share similar health concerns as your own. Serving as a facilitator, I guide the conversation and create a space for you to learn from others and develop a support system. This environment will help you to gain confidence and motivation to tackle challenges as a team.
