One-on-One Health Coaching
Online or in-person, these 60 minute sessions are designed to give you the space you need to get to the root cause of your health concerns. Many of our health issues manifest in the body as a result of stress and poor lifestyle habits. These sessions will help you gain self-awareness, explore your thoughts, and understand the reasoning behind your current habits so that you can achieve self actualization and make the necessary lifestyle changes to achieve a healthier mind and body.
Personal Fitness Training
Online or in-person, these 60 minute sessions are programed specifically for you so that you can meet your physical fitness goals. Personal training sessions are a combination of strength training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts. All movements that are performed during these workouts resemble ways that we move our bodies in our everyday lives. You will become more physically fit by increasing strength, stamina, and endurance.
Food Programs
A monthly subscription of a written day-to-day eating regimen that is sustainable and curated just for you. These are easy to follow and filled with foods that you love— even the occasional sweet treat or relaxing beverage. Meal plans are meant to serve as a guide and introduce you to new healthy foods that give you the freedom to explore your creativity and relationship with food.
Workout Programs
A monthly subscription of daily workouts that you can do at home, in the gym, or even while your travelling. These routines are designed specifically for you so that you can achieve your personal fitness goals on your own time.
Group Health Coaching
Online or in-person, these sessions will give you the opportunity to connect with people who share similar health concerns as your own. Serving as a facilitator, I guide the conversation and create a space for you to learn from others and develop a support system. This environment will help you to gain confidence and motivation to tackle challenges as a team.
Mobility Training
Online or in-person, these 30 or 60 minute sessions will lengthen your muscles and increase your range of motion throughout your body. Mobility training is great for recovery, injury prevention, and caring for sensitive areas. Accompanied by deep breathing exercises, these meditative sessions feel as if you’re hitting the “reset” button.
Seminars & Speaking Engagements
Online or in person, I speak on various health and wellness topics such as stress management, inflammation, sleep, fatigue, gut health, and foods that power your mind and body. Seminars and speaking engagements serve as an opportunity to learn about holistic approaches to health and create conversations about how we can achieve a better quality of life.
